Holistic Yoga Flow
Open to all levels, including beginners.
There are many styles of Yoga practices out there and all of them come from Hatha Yoga. The word “Hatha” translates as “Sun” and “Moon” and means more than just a practice of postures for physical fitness. It is the way of life that incorporates the practice of postures (asanas), the breath work (pranayama) and meditation to enable a transformation of your mind, body and soul.
What to expect in this class?
The best way to describe this practice would be as Holistic Hatha Flow. There will be sequences that we’ll be holding postures for a longer stretches of time and some sequences where we’ll be “flowing” from one “asana” to the next, connecting postures with a breath. We’ll add a slow zen and mantra music to the practice to enhance the experience.
The objective of this class is to create a balance within body and mind. At the very least, you will leave this class feeling rejuvenates, uplifted and energized for the day.
