Sometimes it takes a life-time to find the right way to treat your body. The life-time of us professional dancers is short and often ends because of injury which triggers a hectic search for a remedy that would help us get back to what we love the most – Dancing. We all went though this exercise multiple times and found ways to stay in great shape without being injured. Those exercises are simple and most of them are suitable for anyone. You don’t have to be a professional dancer to be in these classes, but if you’d like to develop or maintain a “to-die-for dancer’s body”, join us!

Dance Yourself Into Shape!

Join our Zumba, Cardio-Latin and Flex-O-Tone classes to stay in shape, have fun and find some inspiration.
For those of you who tried and hated Gym Zumba classes, we recommend to try our Zumba. This is NOT- YOUR TYPICAL GYM ZUMBA CLASS – THIS IS THE WORLD CLASS.

If you are looking for something that is great for your body and will make you feel amazing for the rest of the day try our Flex-O-Tone class. Your body will Thank you for this. You will have a perfect combination of stretching and conditioning.

Finally, if you are looking for some fun, challenge and inspiration, try our Cardio Latin Class – it will offer you a work out for your brain as well as for your body. Fun choreography, great Latin music.

Whether you’re looking for conditioning to improve stamina and strength or a place to dance your worries away, we’ve got just the right class.

Pura Vida Yoga Practice

For us a morning Yoga-practice a couple of days a week, is a life style choice, just like a good cup of coffee. It keeps us from getting injured, it tones our bodies and allows us to tune into ourselves.

Dancers by night, yogis by morning, this is how we have chosen to live and we welcome you into the experience that has allowed us to heal ourselves many times.

We are starting a new online Yoga Group Practice on Saturdays @10am.  The practice is suitable for for all levels. It allows time for stretching, and incorporates some short slow flow sequences. It is designed to make you feel amazing. Practices are 75 minutes long. The first class is on May 4th, 2024.

For the best experience, we  recommend that you have your yoga mats, yoga blocks, stretching bands or belts ready (those are helpful, but not necessary). At the end of the practice we use yoga tune-up balls. You can try using a tennis balls instead if you don’t have yoga tune-up balls. Please sign in 15 min before a class. Join me on Saturdays @10am EST for a Practice online.

Pre-registration is required by midnight before the scheduled practice. Your first practice is free. To join the practice you will have to

  1.  Please create a profile with Dance Republic (so we can send you a link)
  2.  Send us a request to join a yoga practice the night before the scheduled practice.
  3. We’ll send you an invitation via Zoom one hour before the scheduled practice.
